My tech Joshua is very nice and always lets me know he is on the property so I will know who he is if I see him from my window. He does a thorough job treating my yard and I never see a bug. He does a special treatment for ticks and fleas so I know my dog is protected when he plays in the backyard. He checks the termite stations to make sure they are ok. I am glad I have such a conscientious person looking after my yard.

When the team came out to address with issues and do the initial work that was needed for the job Ryan explained in detail what they were doing and how the follow-up would be done.
