The customer service staff is professional and kind, very knowledgeable about matters and give great assistance. The staff that does the spraying and pest control at the home are very thorough, courteous, communicative and keep their schedule commitments. Carolina Pest is great all around.
Each representative I talk to has been absolutely wonderful! Bill came out to our house recently to spray the interior, and he was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him! I have no complaints at all with Northwest :)
You always come as scheduled, clean the webs off the outside of the house, I have no problems with spiders and bugs getting inside. If I do have an issue, last year I had an issue with wasps, you cam immediately to take care of the problem.
I have a building next to my house that is currently not being treated and there are spider webs all around and spiders. In the future I may be getting that treated as well.
