Northwest Exterminating always lets us know when they plan to come, thus, giving us a chance to reschedule if we want to. Their service technicians are pleasant and always give us a verbal report on their findings before they leave. Except for an occasional "water bug" in the kitchen we have seen no other pests. We could have them spray inside if desired but I have declined this as I don't want the material sprayed inside the house.
Rabbit always does an excellent job during the quarterly inspections/treatments. He is courteous, efficient and professional.
I really like the nice man who does my yard. He is thorough and concerned if we have any pest problems. Highly recommend!

You guys are great for the quick and complete service. I called about a red bug infestation on our back patio and your rep ( who is great by the way) was on the spot and took care of the problem real quick. He has serviced our account a number of times over the past few years and he is so personable and good at what he does that I almost look forward to seeing him. Thanks again for the quick solution to our problem. I can now sit on my back patio.

The two guys went over everything they did and were very nice.
I like that I am notified before the technician arives. I appreciate and value the expertise and judgement of my technician, Robert, with Sawyer Exterminating. If Roberts says I need something, I take his advise seriously. I have Sawyer (Robert) for my daughter's house and recommended him to my neighbor who now uses Sawyer. Sawyer is a reputable company.
