Our technician is so kind and friendly. He educated me about the little buggers that were swarming my door, helping reassure me of my safety and that the bugs would not be destructive to our office building. He even made sure the bugs hadn't landed on me after I jumped as they swarmed me and the infested area, and he didn't make me feel like a silly girl for squealing.
