Great friendly people and very responsive service
Northwest was quick to respond to my last review and came back to track the source of the ants that were persisting. Time will tell, but I am seeing less activity. The activity I did see was possibility stragglers making their way back out to the new bait.

I do believe that your services have been effective over the years. I do miss having the same guy that I had for many years. I could even call him directly if I needed to. I was disappointed this last time that I asked for the technician to call me before he came to the house because I had a specific issue that I wanted to discuss and I did not receive that call. However, overall, I have been pleased.

The service guys are extremely professional like I’ve said in the past Bill and Brian the best ! Trust them in my home and go above and beyond if you need anything!! The girls that contact you for appointments or billing are also very helpful and professional! The only problem I wish the company would change and they used to do in the past is text the customer 4-5 days prior to requesting to service your home so a proper date can be arranged, the day before is somewhat difficult to at times to work out !

The technician lets you know he’s there. In addition to his normal duties, he cleans around the ceilings on all outdoor areas. This is so helpful as it’s hard for me to do.
