Well I love that Devin knows the trouble spots in my house. He targets the areas of most concern to me. He does a thorough job ! He cleans up his old traps and puts new ones down. He is courteous and respectful. He is diligent and hard working. He keeps me informed of his ETA to my house, which is very helpful !
