I love that I can trust the technician to be careful around my koi pond and my food and herb garden area with chemicals. I also have a parrot in the house that factors in to the pest control equation, and we sometimes need to move him to our sons home when we need to spray inside and Sawyer is always understanding.
Also, I will never forget when I had yellow jackets in the ground beside my filter to the koi pond which prevented me from cleaning the filter, and Sawyer sent Lucas over with a bee keeper's suit to remove it, and I never had that problem again.
Your company also takes care of our business pest control, and I am a loyal customer for life!

Excellent service. We've been customers for over a year and have only had one issue with a few bugs showing up between service calls. I called and the guys were out the next day to take care of it. Everyone I talk to from the office staff to the service crew have always been polite, respectful to me and my property. They keep us bug free! Couldn't ask for more. Well I love that Devin knows the trouble spots in my house. He targets the areas of most concern to me. He does a thorough job ! He cleans up his old traps and puts new ones down. He is courteous and respectful. He is diligent and hard working. He keeps me informed of his ETA to my house, which is very helpful !
