You always remember our annual renewal inspection. However, 90% of the time the inspector is not on time in coming to our residence. Two times that I can remember we've lived in this house the inspector NEVER showed up (and didn't bother to call either). Most of the time I have to call to follow up if someone is still coming to inspect.

We are happy to get rid of insect pests, especially bee hives and ticks (husband is recovering from alpha-GAL syndrome), not to mention pesky mosquitoes (he's also hypersensitive). It's comforting to know that the methods used by Northwest Exterminating will not affect our pets' health.

My technician is really thorough. I think Northwest is more expensive than some of its competitors, but I do believe that what I'm paying is for service and I appreciate the level that I receive. Curt is prompt and kind and goes the extra mile. When I lived in another part of town Rabbit was my NW person. He was also excellent.
