I like having the same technician. Jason always asks about any concerns we may have before starting his work and knows that I leave my porch open to be treated.While working he is thorough and respectful of our home.
Two technicians, Nick Reaume and Mike Wells, have given me their numbers and encouraged me to call if I needed anything. I have taken both of them up on that and couldn't be more impressed with the customer service. Last week I contacted Nick Reaume about a termite letter for a refinance as he was the one that did our last inspection. He sent me a link, I filled it out, was contacted by the office, and had it scheduled the next day. Nick came out and did his thing.
About 20 minutes after he had finished up the inspection, I had the termite letter in hand and uploaded to our mortgage company. If it can get any easier than that, you would have to prove it to me. These two gentlemen and the office staff are reasons why we do our business with Northwest. Quality, good people, and attentive service. They should all be commended.
