My tech Joshua is very nice and always lets me know he is on the property so I will know who he is if I see him from my window. He does a thorough job treating my yard and I never see a bug. He does a special treatment for ticks and fleas so I know my dog is protected when he plays in the backyard. He checks the termite stations to make sure they are ok. I am glad I have such a conscientious person looking after my yard.

Overall we are very happy about your service. Worth the money we spend as we rarely see any insect inside the house. As the new neighbor (across the street) accidentally brought rodents with them 2Phone number removed winter, the local rep (Devin) worked accordingly to prevent them from living inside our garage. It has been working swimmingly. One small issue (if you will) for us is they inform us for the coming treatment in a relatively short notice -- 3 days at the most. As a result of this, even we want the local rep to treat "inside" the garage and so forth, due to our absence, we only have a chance to treat outside the house. Still, well communication with the local rep allows us to proactively work toward various element. I wish they will notify us for the coming visit a bit earlier for "our" better flexibility (a week before instead). Thank you very much for your kind consideration in advance.
