How the group exercise schedule is arranged.
The Downriver Y community feels like a family. Everyone from the staff to the patrons are friendly and engaging. People notice when you are away. I've never experienced that at a gym before. The facility is clean, well equipped, and dedicated to meeting the needs of senior patrons.
Tai chi. I love it and would come every day at 10:30.
I do not like to exercise at noon. It's too late in the day.
It’s great, please replace the nets on the basketball court.
The facility is very clean and well maintained. There's ample parking and the locker rooms are very well appointed.

I enjoy being with other people to exercise. however I do not care for the new hour change in the class. it throws my day off. i really like to exercise early in the morning, then i feel like doing my other projects for the day.
