I’ve been a member for over 40 years. The managers have always been top notch, but Susan is the best. Friendly, always trying to improve the member experience, making updates where she can.
The janitor (Paul) does a fantastic job keeping the place clean. I’ve been to many gyms, most are OK clean. But paul is persistent on cleaning floors, mirrors, machines, and does a great job outside too. His efforts are really appreciated, especially since COVID.

You are greeted at Carls Milford Y by the nicest personnel behind the desk always having a smile and helping you in capacity. They also have a magnitude of classes to sign up for and that’s all ages! The facility is super clean! Just wish the oool was open a little longer so after late morning classes you could enjoy the nice, warm water!

pickleball
My son loves this place :-) He has never been very comfortable at other gyms, so a membership has always been a waste now at the YMCA he is there almost every day. Thank you making him feel comfortable and at home.
We have Renew Active under UnitedHealthcare & joined this YMCA when we were visiting. We only used the facility for pickleball so we can't comment on the machines or classes.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
My trainer, Flavia, is an expert! She supports my growth and desire to remain fully active and involved.

Clean and safe and well managed
The staff have been friendly and helpful without exception, and the facility has always been very clean and welcoming. My 4.5 year old daughter and I both love it here!
The facility even had a library for me rest and read after. love it!
