How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First time going there and I got a brow wax and hair cut. My brows still needed to be plucked when I got home due to all the hair still there and my hair was still wet, she didn’t fully blow dry it. I also asked for my face framing and it’s cut blunt and isn’t in a layered so it looked very bad when I tried to style it. I’m definitely disappointed

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I like the convenience of setting Multiple appointments well in advance so I don’t have to worry about getting in to see Cassie. This salon is a pleasure to visit. I have been going to Rize since it opened!

Keisha is an absolute dream to work with. She confers with me before, during and after my haircut or color. I’m confident when she works on my hair it will be done professionally, courteously and correctly. She’ll offer her expertise and can offer suggestions even when I don’t really know what I want. I think she genuinely enjoys what she does. Thanks Keisha.

I love being greeted when I walk in the door. The atmosphere is always pleasant even when it’s busy. The salon is clean and tidy. I LOVE Emily she is kind and has such a sweet demeanor.

Great hairdresser! Good listener and follows through with what I’m looking for in my haircut. Always seems to know just the right technique to get the job done. I walk out every time without looking like I got a haircut but healthier hair; which I think is a perfect haircut!
