What did you like most about your salon experience?

I’ve been to Rize salon several times for hair cuts, and every time I’ve been I’ve got great service! Each hairstylist I’ve had has been really good. They always listen to your needs and design your hairstyle the way you want it. They also give you really delicious tea each time you go and a scalp massage!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My daughters hair cut went great! I ask for a bang trim and was given the worst trim I’ve ever had! Looks like a small kid did it while playing. Can’t believe you guys would allow someone to touch your long term customers if they can’t even cut bangs! Cost way to much to come there and get that.

Anastasia and all the ladies at the salon are so talented, genuine, and kind! They are amazing with hair color and cuts! They are also super care-taking of everyone at the salon. I would recommend anyone wanting an Aveda experience to check out Rize salon. -Ella
