Jack and the early morning Sculpt classes. However, I wish there was a 6:00 am start. The extra 15 minutes makes a difference in getting to work. Some of us still need to get to an office.

Only thing I would suggest is at another studio i used to go to - when the class is done and are laying in the dark, they would use a spray bottle with cold water and a few drops of an essential oil and spray like above each person. It was so nice and really relaxed everyone and was refreshing.

The teacher was amazing! It was a hard workout, but so rewarding. She did a great job explaining the moves, and I also really liked how she gave a good amount of time at the end for meditation as well
