I love how welcoming the studio is, and SO CLEAN!! I took Cathy’s Yoga Sculpt class and it was such an awesome fully body workout with smart cueing so I was able to work up a sweat and not deal with any neck/back pain. Great energy and KILLER PLAYLIST. Can’t wait to take her class again! 💗

Absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in! I was greeted by two very lovely instructors. Lizzie was great! I told her I was nervous about taking the class and she reassured me that I was going to do great. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Defiantly will be back to take more of her classes! My butt was sore for days!

Really enjoyed my experience at CorePower Nomad! Took Lizzie Ms Sunday evening sculpt and loved the music and flow of the whole class. Was perfect end to my weekend!
