I took a class w/ Conner M. It has been an incredibly enriching experience. He created a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of experience level. The sequences are thoughtfully designed, with a perfect balance of challenge and accessibility. I will come back for his class again
I loved Ashley, first time doing corepower yoga. I’m usually terrible at following directions in yoga, but her setup and pacing was great
The instructor was amazing and lead such an awesome class. The stories she told about her life and the way she incorporated that into the class was such an awesome way to connect with her and feel more involved with the class. Her music was also AMAZING, my friend and I could not stop raving about it after class. 10/10 would recommend.
