Honestly. Who does this Rose gal think she is giving me such a phenomenal class with so much energy ❤️❤️❤️. Truly shook at how challenging the class was all while being layered with all the feeling of true community. My heart was definitely full. I’ll miss her dearly.

My phone mapped me to the wrong location, but the staff were super nice and provided directions, but I decided to stick around and take the same class at Nomad, just a bit later. It was a great class and when I visit the city again I’ll def be back. I just wish the surcharge wasn’t so high - as a member I’m basically paying 90% for the class.

Love the Sculpt classes, it is a full hour of yoga, sculpt and cardio! And, the instructors are great no matter who conducts the class!

Classes are very good and studio is nearby. Overall in studio experience is very good. I wish there were more hot yoga sessions.

CorePower yoga is my favorite! Ive been almost at every hot yoga in Manhattan and I’m keeping to return to CorePower. Candlelight classes are the best, very relaxing and calming. I just wish the studios would be more clean. Overall, I love and recommend CorePower :)

I love Core Power! My home studio is Fashion Island which is wonderful. I absolutely LOVE the infrared heat and my teachers Daveed and Shawna are exceptional. While traveling in New York I went to the Nomad studio. It was a fabulous experience as well. Ashley and Martine were fantastic teachers and I appreciated being able to travel and maintain my practice. Thank you Core Power!

Jarlim took me on a emotional rollercoaster during this class from feeling like a beast, to feeling like I may need to throw up, to feeling like it’s nap time at the end. I was proud of myself for getting atleast 85 percent of the class done 🦁 I will feel stronger when I complete the class at least 97%+ 😁 the music & her exercising with us was motivating. Thank you!
