I do like the early check in. If it’s too long of a wait then I do find something else to do while in the area. The place is always clean and presentable
The Texas city branch has very nice and and capable workers. They know exactly the way I like my haircut and keep good records. Gabby, Estephany and Christina should be commended for their work. They keep good conversations and always make me feel at ease.
Yan is the the best hairstylist as she pays attention to all the details and even when you are happy with your cut she looks for imperfections after getting a wash and corrects them.
Karrie is super friendly and does a great haircut. All the stylists at this location are top notch, but it is really nice to have a regular that you get used to.
She even remembers the conversations from visit to visit.

I really like the convenience of having one close to where I live (Copperfield) but most importantly, I go to one of the best stylist I have ever used (Jenny}. She is a great representative of SportsClips and even more a wonderful person! She brightens my day!

The staff was a little strange
Stacy the stylist is very professional and addresses all concerns of customers.
When getting my hair cut I had to ask for the a '1' trimmer on my hair three separate times before she actually did what I asked. Then she increased the level of service by giving me the massage gun that I never asked for and I had to get her to stop. Bottom 10 haircut of all time.
Service was great
The haircut was a disappointment. I don’t think the person that cut my hair was thoughtful. They made some decisions of how to attempt a fade and correct mistakes without thought or concern for the outcome. They also had the interesting idea to suggest to me that it was ok, it would grow back in two days… that I would not notice the difference.
Online check in through app is easy and very helpful with picking which store to visit, staff are friendly and very friendly. Did a great job with the haircut and did an excellent job!
