It's very clean, and not too crowded. They offer a decent amount of classes and my daughter is having the best time in the gymnastics program. Everybody has been super friendly and accommodating. Everyone in my family is benefiting from our membership. (My husband uses the Haverhill location more, because it's closer, but he even said he likes the Plaistow location better!
My daughter looks forward to going to the YMCA program daily and the staff does a great job attending to her needs. She gets to play with friends and get lots of exercise and I don’t have to worry about her safety.

Ayva enjoyed everything about the gymnastics camp! This was her first time attending a camp at the Y and she can't wait to go to more!

Staff is amazing!
Coach Ken and Coach Lindsey are simply the best. They have eyes all over that gym while training gymnasts and allowing kids to have play time on the other part of the gym.
SaraLee engages with the kids who are there for open gym which is no small task.
This staff embraces their roles and embraces community members who come there for a change of scene and some relief from their day to day summer routines.

I would like to commend you for a few of your employees who make it very inviting to come to the Y. The front employees, such as Lisa, Susan, and Jaclyn are the best. They always make me smile and very welcome.
I am especially thankful for Wendy, your fit for life instructor. The atmosphere she provides is a gentle force of nature. She has empathy, compassion for our needs, and remembers facts about us that shows care for each individual in our class.
