The people who run the Y and work there are very friendly and helpful.
Because we have been very happy with our experience here. The instructors are very knowledgeable and very cautious with us for the most part. I very much appreciate the range of classes offered. The people who use the Y for the most part are extremely friendly and fun to be with. And, we live in Plaistow so it’s very convenient.

Friendly staff, excellent pickle ball - 3 designated open courts. Great classes with instructors that make the classes very enjoyable. The facility is clean and recently renovated many of the areas.
Facilites are good and staff is great. Especially Sue who greets me every morning. She knows every member by name and offers a unique customer friendly experience. She is a gem. Wendy too.
Only issue is the poor condition of a couple pickleball nets. One is completely broken and another has a broken middle post. Been like this for a while, really needs replacement.
Insufficent number of pickleballs has been an issue at times as well.

The staff at any Plaistow YMCA program my daughter has attended are kind, attentive, and respectful of children and their families. My daughter loves going and I feel safe that she is being well taken care of while she is there.

The basketball program is awesome, Eric King is a great coach
It has a great, clean facility. I can always get in a workout. Although, I wish there were still at least two basketball courts. Staff is great too. Lately, I noticed music playing. I liked no music and prefer to lift in silence.
The Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 AM is great, Wendy is super! Also, the pickleball is great too.
My boys were a part of the junior Celtics program this past season and we thought it was fantastic.
Coach Eric at the plaistow Y was absolutely amazing with the kids basketball league this year. Also coach Phong’s youth strength classes are awesome. My son loves it. This is such a unique class and hope that you will continue to offer it.

My experience at the YMCA is unlike any other gym I’ve been to. The staff are so welcoming and encouraging. They interact with their members as we are family. I look forward to participating in the classes, the personal and private workout sessions and spending time with the new friends I’ve met.
