Great facilities, love kids club and the cafe at the Marblehead location. Only docked one star because the cardio equipment and area were really dusty and need a good clean.

I love the Y. The classes are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The infared sauna is an important part of my wellness routine (inflammation issues). The pool is fantastic.

The people are great, as well as the classes and the facilities.

I love the YMCA and the opportunities the school gives my child. There is no other childcare in the area that can offer enrichments such as gymnastics, swim, and gross motor. Even without those I would still choose the Y. The staff are so friendly and every one of them greets my child regardless of if she is in their class or not. They are knowledgeable and meet the high standard of learning that is set for them by the director. On top of all this they coordinate fun family activities such as the recent Halloween parade.

It’s easy to park, clean, lots of different machines, and weights, attendants on the floor to answer questions. All good!

Everything!! The activities that the teacher have the kids engage in work to develop their gross & fine motor skill and cognitive development. I have seen my child make leaps in bounds in her communication, oral skills & eating. The teachers are amazing!!!

I like the activities and how the staff members are friendly. My child's teachers always welcome him with warm hugs makes me feel that my baby is getting the love that I can't give him when he is in daycare. I had a lot of experience in different places but this is the best.

I would only recommend the Lynch Van Oterloo location. They have the highest quality of teachers, offer many many classes and the facility is amazing. The management is terrific, especially Keith. They are truly nice, proactively ask members if they need help or have questions, they are knowledgeable, and efficient. Keith always keep an eye out for the safety of people working out in the gym,
monitors the facility very well and is very proactive. Also, the Front desk, especially Jeff and John, always great and knowlegable too. Eric, the maintenance guy, is always on the ball too.
(Only minor complaint is the cleanliness of the studio floors)
