Clean and well maintained facilities

My children and I have gone there for years. It is a remarkable facility. All my kids have learned to swim there, we have done camps, used the kids club, and worked out there. It is an extraordinary facility. We are there 7 days a week.

The facility if very clean all the staff is friendly and helpful.

My daughters are thriving at camp and having an amazing summer! The Children’s Island team has been absolutely incredible. From drop-off to pick-up, their energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion shine through every day. It’s clear they are fully invested in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for the kids.

Gymnastics camp has also been fantastic for my older daughter. She’s building new friendships, growing her confidence, and developing her skills on the floor. We are so grateful for the dedicated staff who make camp such a positive experience. Thank you for making this a summer our girls will always remember!

My daughter enjoyed the gymnastics camp for a week and she made a friend. She was happy to be in the gymnastics camp hopefully she can enjoy another gymnastics camp next year.

We were extremely impressed with the building and the staff at the swim meet.

Our kids enjoy the Y camps and we and they love that they can get there and come home on there own. We only wish that there were options for daily drop-in options for when we can't commit to whole week do to other obligations.

Great facility and great people

My son is 6 and this is his first time experiencing camp. He likes it! I am so glad he has access to the pool, gym, field, etc. Rainy days are handled well (indoor play, etc.).

That said, our family does not like the mixed gender changing/bathroom/locker area.
Honestly, it just doesn’t work.

Our kids love children’s island. But they do not love how they have to take a swim test every day. This deters them from swimming.

Great offers for kids and a great community

The staff is so kind and welcoming to our daughter who is spending her first summer at camp! Leslie and Ella are fantastic favorite counselors in our house!
