I only do the aquatics programs and am enjoying it very much. I love the instructors and love that you have such a dedicated program to those of us who need to exercise in the pool
The Y is very clean and well maintained.
The teachers of the Aqua, and hydro classes are the best.

Our family loves the LVO YMCA! It's such an amazing facility, with great classes for kids, fitness classes for adults, and the team is so approachable and provides great service. We have our children in ELC, my wife is obsessed with Donna's workout classes, I frequent the pool, and will eventually get our kids heavily involved in squash. I can't think of anywhere that could provide as much value for the cost than the YMCA.

I only wish the infared sauna in women’s room was already hot at 5:00am on weekdays! I’d love to see a timer for when it is turned on so it is ready to use sooner. I utilize it in the winter months to manage dry skin / muscle aches from cold!
With that, the women’s room lockers don’t fit a winter coat & boots. If ever renovated again that is important to consider - my swim bag has to be squished in and I have to angle/tip my shoes or the door can’t close (size 10).
