Love the small pool!

There are so many opportunities to get exercise. You just need to find what you like. Classes are numerous and run all day into evening. Open floor areas, for weights or floor work, are varied - from busy to quieter less crowded spaces. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

LVO is one of the best run facilities I have ever experienced.

Beautiful staff spirit from every staff at the Y! Fabulous selection, and quality of classes and programs!… The Y offers a strong sense of “belonging to a club” versus just going somewhere to take a class or signing your child up for a program somewhere…. The pool is fabulous! Well, staffed and organized, and the best pool to do laps in as well as learn to swim classes! Really the best around!

Lots of good equipment and positive atmosphere, everything is clean and fitness floor is kept in good shape

The only thing I recommend is, we should have a Smith machine!!

Hydrofit classes are fun ways to exercise but not all chatty, which I really appreciate. Bright, clean environment

The soccer clinic coach is excellent. He keeps it fun and encouraging while firmly setting expectations - not an easy balance to strike. He's just great with the kids, and he fits a lot of learning into the practice. Highly recommend!

Generally, great facilities and nice staff. Think the policy of allowing staff and guests to wear outdoor footwear around the pool is inappropriate. The men’s changing room can have very dirty floors
