I only do the aquatics programs and am enjoying it very much. I love the instructors and love that you have such a dedicated program to those of us who need to exercise in the pool
The Y is very clean and well maintained.
The teachers of the Aqua, and hydro classes are the best.

Our family loves the LVO YMCA! It's such an amazing facility, with great classes for kids, fitness classes for adults, and the team is so approachable and provides great service. We have our children in ELC, my wife is obsessed with Donna's workout classes, I frequent the pool, and will eventually get our kids heavily involved in squash. I can't think of anywhere that could provide as much value for the cost than the YMCA.

It’s a nice big and clean facility. While I only use the strength training area, there are other options for those who prefer other types of exercise.
While adequate, I do wish there were more equipment so people do not have to wait to skip any exercise.

I love the small pool for swimming and exercise. I only wish the Y would have one hour a day set aside in the small poin for adults only.
