Facilities are great.
I only use the pool and Locker Room and everyone is friendly and I like the activities and I like the Locker Room although it could use a little bit more cleaning regularly. My whole family is already registered at the Y.
Because it’s a great place with lots of space and has great programs and is open early every day! Plus it’s always kept very clean! 😊
It’s the best gym around with much to offer
It has great classes
It starts with a smile while checking in at the front desk. The Y offers a varity of activities for any level combined with exellent instructors & trainers. The family (child/adult) classes help build a parental & community bond. The facility is clean, sanitizing wipes everywhere & locker areas available for all members needs. I thought parking was going to be a problem. How wrong I was! I have always found a good spot.
Joining was a good decision. Participating in class several times per week is even better!
The Y is beautifully designed, the indoor pool is warm, there is a variety of classes at a variety of times.
Lots of exercise options and fun classes to do with friends. Thank you!
LOVE Class Dojo! Getting pictures and updates daily from Scotty has been great.
The gym is friendly, clean, equipment is superior and classes are awesome…
I think the services that you offer are amazing. My daughter has a family membership and classes for toddlers with a guardian are included with their membership. I think this is so smart of your organization. The Friday night at the pool with the music and games was fun for our granddaughter. We will also be attending the fall carnival that you are hosting. I already tell people that are not members how great your facility is.
Reliable and my son loves it!
Scott Montefusco as the supervisor
The staff are welcoming and organized and it always appears like the children are having fun.

The Y offers many programs in a friendly and professional atmosphere!
I use only the second floor weight and exercise facilities. They are clean, well equipped and
staffed by friendly, helpful staff. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and friendly.
My daughters attended camp all summer and were very entertained ! They spent all day doing activities and keeping busy, they loved it and so did I !
Great 👍 thank u
Water classes and chair yoga
Excellent equipment. Personable staff. Clean. Efficient
Very good staff; well maintained facility, especially pool and locker room.
The children's programs are great. We do gymnastics and swimming. It's also appreciated and a great feature to have the childcare room when you work out. (That said, it seems some can abuse this option.)
IMPROVEMENT NEEDED HERE: Work out areas for adults and teens can get very busy at times. I have noticed that some adults are not very nice to teens. Also, there are many adults and teens who could use some direct instruction on the proper protocol of using weights and machines. ( for example: Don't sit on machines on your phone; more than one person can use a machine at a time!) Having a gym protocol class and/or posted expectations would be helpful for gym users and a great way to be sure everyone gets to work out in an efficient, comfortable manner.
Can't wait to have the changing rooms done.
You have asked me this very survey not long ago. Is there any reason you want me to take it over again?
The Y is convenient and has many different fitness options that appeal to both me and my husband . The environment is clean and staff are friendly and helpful .
Clean facility with friendly staff. Good group exercise classes.
The facilities are very clean and enjoyable to use. Equipment is abundant throughout. Pool availability is a big plus even if i am not always taking advantage of it. Rooms are orderly. Equipment well maintained. Support staff are congenial and helpful. Receptionist are friendly and welcoming.
Small problem with some of the new touchscreens on the treadmills capacity to use the touch screen is diminishing over time based on general use and possibly use of moist cleanser pads to clean them. Generally, the previous screens were less difficult to have function, meaning the number of times that one needs to touch (hit) the card in solitaire for it to 'move' is increasing over time to a level of discouragement that I've stopped using the solitaire function. With the need to physically move the cards on the touch screen when playing Klondike version it is more difficult to play the game. Often, especially dealing with the 'aces' format at the top, moving the card even to exact position does not effect a completion of the effort. Seemingly minor concerns, but I really prefer the previous screens that were available on all the machines.

My son really loves to be there.
