I would recommend the Y, the Ipswich Y has made some great upgrades and the place is always clean and friendly. The suggestion going forward are: enforce the rules about cellphone usage, almost daily I hear people on conference calls while in the gym, vary the music tracks, I'm sick of hearing Pit Bull daily, and finally, install wider benches in the men's locker room so can actually sit down on them comfortably. Thank you!!
Everything i need and nice environment. I wish the pool had more lap swim lanes open other than at the crack of dawn or late, but undertand it's used for lots of other important stuff

It is a welcoming organization that builds people up to create a community. The facility is clean, brightly lit.
It feels very safe. I love the diversity of the trainers, the programs, and the clientele. I feel supported around any health goal I have no matter the stage of life I am in. I have used the Y resources through pregnancy, with my toddlers, camp-aged kids, the daycare for little ones so I could work out, recovery from a flare of multiple sclerosis, a shoulder surgery, arthritis, rehabbing, weight loss and now menopause. I know my family and I are always welcome.
