Good variety and plenty of activities for all members of the family. The Y quickly becomes like a valued fraternity because of the friendliness and welcoming of the other members.

I like sending my toddler to early learning center because she enjoys learning and having fun with her friends and teachers.

We haven't been to the Ipswich YMCA in a number of years. It seems to have all of the exercise and the aerobic type equipment. However, much of the equipment is crammed in to the existing main space. I'd like to see newer equipment brought in and perhaps utilize the area to the right of the main lobby to allow for a better flow and spacing of equipment during peak times. The Pickleball court seems to be very active, which is good. The steam room in the men's area should be upgraded. It was cold and did not produce steam after it died down. The showers in the men's area were lukewarm/ cold with low water pressure and shower heads need replacing. In general, the facility has good bones, but it needs to be upgraded and/or expanded to accommodate the growing YMCA family.
It's got everything a person needs for fitness- it's a complete fitness facility.
