The variety of the classes. There's something for every physical health need: cardio, strength, flexibility and mind/body. Specific stand-out classes for me include Leanne's restorative yoga and yogalates, Kerri's Fit for Life, and Jan and Jane's muscle conditioning.

great programs, nice staff. Coach Lamarr is wonderful with my on Stanley. Swim teachers have been amazing with both of my sons. Front desk people are always helpful.

Have been a member of Ipswich YMCA for around 5 months and have been very pleased with everyone I have come in contact with. They have been very professional and have each completely satisfied any request for info regarding the facility and the various programs they offer. I am happy to say that everyone who has been a member of this organization should be very proud to have such a great facility and organization located in our town.
