I am an adult user of the Haverhill YMCA facility. I appreciate the organized adult programs. What I have noticed when walking throughout the facility is the overall respect for the kids by your staff. The kids are always engaged in healthy activities with much adult interaction.
Suggestion: save money by shutting down the heat during hockey games. We are sweltering during the games. Such a waste of resources.

Convenient location, usually plenty of parking, I like the sports offered, Refs are great. Cost is affordable.

Coaches are very friendly and always make sure every kid has the opportunity for improvement. My son loves going to his classes

The communication this school year (2Phone number removed) has been incredible. I do feel like there is a more controlled environment in the morning program. As much as student behaviors can be hard to manage I do feel like situations are handled with more focus and immediate attention than in the past. Communication home is clear and open as well.

It's the only quiet gym left in MA, possibly in all the world.

Good facilities and programs.

We appreciate that every staff we have come in contact with has been pleasant and helpful. Our kids love the open swim here. We are looking forward to taking advantage of the other programs too.

Responsive staff, decent equipment, no pressure atmosphere and programs to support families and children. I can put my membership on hold when I’m getting my exercise outside. Thank you!

So far I've only done Zumba. Both of the instructors, Donna and Cheryl, are great, enthusiastic, and full of fun. They do a great job of encouraging and accommodating people who are new to Zumba or dancing or who have physical limitations, as well as leading and challenging the experienced, more proficient dancers.

The front desk staff are also great, very welcoming, patient and understanding. They were very good at welcoming me and showing me around when I first joined a few months ago. I haven't checked out the weight/resistance equipment yet, but that's something I intend to do. Everything looks inviting as I walk through to the fitness room.

The maze to get there is interesting….
The complex is showing its age, but we enjoyed playing there.

I really like how the program offers a variety of meaningful activities that keep all the children engaged and supported. The activities are well-planned, interactive, and encourage learning, growth, and connection. I also appreciate how inclusive and supportive the environment is, making everyone feel welcome, valued, and comfortable participating at their own pace.
