I love the variety of different activities that are offered as well as the very welcoming staff that make the kids feel welcome, comfortable and included.

We love the YMCA program! Caelan is amazing! He's attentive, responsive and super fun! My son loves going to the YMCA over at Hunking! Especially when he takes the bus, they have so many activities for them and truly listen to the kids! We love it!!

Great community and staff

Every one of the staff that we've met and interacted with was courteous, professional, and very helpful. All the rooms and equipment are very clean and in good working order. It is obvious that you take great pride in the facility.

Communication, friendliness and welcoming

The people are fantastic. Employees and other members. The place is a true community.
It’s also well stocked for gym equipment (though could be a little better, though there’s really no additional room) and always spotless.

The teachers are amazing!

My son started extended day in Georgetown through the Haverhill YMCA. It has been a great option for us since we both work. He loves the extra time outside and playing in the gym. Carlos is very organized and thorough about checking IDs before dismissing the kids.

Our son absolutely loves the before school and extended day program the Haverhill YMCA offers at Penn Brook in Georgetown. He enjoys all the activities and we enjoy knowing he's in good hands while we finish our work day.

Staff at the pool are great.

It has a lot to offer between classes or programs you can take while also having a really nice workout room and gym, there are two separate basketball gymnasiums and a swimming pool, locker rooms and the adults have a sauna room it has a lot of amenities and the membership is well worth it for what it has to offer.

People did very well explaining everyting. Even with our limited english. I recomend to everyone

The communication from the staff while getting my daughter on board for before and after care at Pentucket Lake Elementary has been amazing. Stephanie,Chris, and Bashley made this so approachable and took time out to answer my questions.

The programs are amazing. My daughter loves them. It's a great way for her to meet new friends. The pool is awesome and so much fun and the staff is so sweet and so incredibly helpful especially Sue, Josh, and shantelle.

They were very helpful and referred to the Y was just a great experience.

Is the all summer, they do a lot of activities

My child had an awesome time at camp for the 2 weeks he went! He was a lttle nervous at first but then was greeted by Quinton who recognized him from when he worked at the ymca preschool which made my son's day to know that someone remembered him! One of my son's group leaders really stood out for making his time fun and memorable, he always came home talking about how great Davion was! On his final day of camp he had Jason as a counselor and was beyond excited since he already knew him from last year! Jason taught him how to fish and really took the time to get to get to know my son and his quirky personality! All of the counselors are amazing but this year these are the 3 that went above and beyond to make my child feel included!
