We love Coach B because she is gentle with all babies and shows them gymnastic moves.

I love the yoga classes.

Coach B is GREAT with the kids, but ALSO very knowledgeable in body form and the the progression of learning the sport and art of gymnastics as a skill from the foundation up

I love this new Y! I am a slow lap swimmer and just love the opportunity to do my laps at anytime any day because the pool is so big and open. The woman’s shower room is kept nice and clean, including the showers. The exercise areas are amazing! The staff is wonderful. Having only been a member for less than two weeks I don’t have a whole lot of input beyond that. My only constructive criticism would be that it would be nice if the pool was 2° warmer. Oh and the parking is great!

My son and I are always taken care of when we are there and when we call for any need, we are always given a good service. The staff, trainers are courteous. The facility is inviting to hang out for a while.

It's clean and spacious with enough equipment for everyone and all kinds of workouts and the people are great- so nice and helpful. It also has a pool which makes it really special.
