Love the ymca
Great customer service and interaction from the staff and of course all the new equipment, basketball court, swimming pool.
Lots of fun. Outside playing in playground on nice days or outside playing in snow
on snowy days. Being an only child he really looks forward to playing with the
other children. Inclement weather they play inside in gym or arts and crafts. Always
keep them busy.

I would recommend this to a single person on a family with kids older than mine! Great gym and equipment! Although a lot of the activities are too old for my son! And the ones that are for his age seem to have classes that fill up quick or are at inconvenient times! Although I’m sure the outdoor pool is good for the little ones In the summer. I am going to come back when my son is a couple years older!

Staff at Plum Cove does a great job. Son is always engaged and enjoys going.
The staff is excellent. I wish however that there was more the kids could do especially during school vacation week. My daughter loves it when there are days at the new Y where she can swim, go to the gym etc. Sitting at West Parish all day long is sometimes boring.
Everyone is super friendly and caring and lots for the kids to do .

It's so helpful that they do homework at the after-school ymca program. I love how they use the gym for physical activities! They play a lot of games with the kids, arts n crafts, teach social skills, etc! I have been very impressed with this program and staff. As a single mom, this has been extremely helpful with childcare and it makes me so happy to know the girls are in good hands with the staff, playing with friends, learning and having fun. It's also extra helpful that you offer childcare during school vacations , after school hours and summer break. I couldn't be more pleased with this program. Very grateful. :)
Welcoming staff, from the moment one walks in at the front desk, to the instructors, and the cleaning staff. The facilities are kept clean and maintained. I am very appreciative of having the MacLeod Center in Gloucester; its proximity to where I live is keeping me active this winter. It has become a meeting place for friends that has kept us connected and buoyed during the winter.
I love the Y. It has everything that I need to keep fit, and it's very convenient.
Flexibility
The facility us well run and clean. I would give it a 10, but I fo not think enough space is given to the aqua aerobics. Fufteen people are crowded into a small space so ggstvgge lanes van bdvopen fir c r5 minutes. Butc t he lanes may be occupied by only six people. I think the aquatics class should have 1/2 the pool. Its only 45 minutes a couple times a week.
My oldest has been involved with the YMCA after school program for 5 years (in his 5th year now). And now my youngest is enjoying his first year in the program. They both love being part of the YMCA and enjoy the activities in the after school program.

Love the teachers and the facilities
I don’t think there’s another preschool that offers swimming, and now they’re adding in basketball in yoga! Plus they have a splash park in the summer! So fun!
Outstanding after school staff in Rockport. Well-run, and fun & safe for my 2nd grade daughter who thoroughly enjoys it. Highly recommended!
The YMCA after school program is a godsend. The instructors are patient and fun. My daughter doesn't want to miss a day. The program directors truly understand the life of working families by providing extended afterschool options when the schools have half days and providing programs when there are snow days. This program is a working parents dream and my daughter loves it. She has so much fun! I will always be a huge advocate of the YMCA childcare programs. Keep up the good work.

I love the Cape Ann YMCA! It's the cleanest gym I've been to, the staff (all departments) are so friendly, they have my favorite group exercise classes with my favorite instructors! I recommend the Cape Ann YMCA to all of my friends!
