Professional, well trained coaches, supporting and helping gymnasts to develop their skills, strength and flexibility. The team is taking gymnastics seriously and focuses on healthy body coordination and strength. Practise can be exhausting if your child comes from school, not eating much in between. Gymnastic team is a lifestyle. My daughter also developed a good friendships and relationship with her coach. I can not thank the team enough for their discipline and focus on teaching their gymnasts to get better every day.

I just joined a few weeks ago, after moving to Beverly in late 2023. Formally a member in Framingham for years, the Y’s inclusiveness and general character brought me back. The Beverly staff are great and the vibe is everything I expected. So I’m in!

You are clear-headed and have really good normal values that’s go with an institution that really does promote health in mind, body and soul. That includes maintaining signs that show only the two sexes or genders and that you have —so far! —resisted the perverted insanity and hypocrisy that has infected MAC and many other fitness and even official health care and medical institutions. What is actually remarkable is that you have maintained this while obviously encouraging and supporting all the extremes of size, shape, capability, age, attractiveness and color. That is, you have truly been INCLUSIVE in a natural and normal and wholesome way, completely opposite to the nauseating and hypocritical destructiveness of the “DEI” ideology crowd generally. Yes, you are reading this exactly correctly. I have my fingers crossed that you will continue to have the courage and clarity to function this way despite the huge pressures from the twisted far left woke all around you. The physical equipment and plant management is also obviously of the highest order, as is the sensitive and excellent way you handle all the locker rooms. Please continue to stand strong and clear — basically champions of truth —a”against the lies and evils and perversiond everywhere.

love that the ymca ofers so many classes and a space to connect and relax after a workout etc. the equipment has really improved and i am happy about that as well.
