It's a great value with varied times and locations for the group yoga activities that I enjoy. I was very surprised and pleased to see all the wonderful additions and organization recently done at the Sterling Center Yoga room.
The Y offers a wide variety of fitness programs and the membership fee is affordable.

Friendliness of staff and great classes
I attend the water aerobics classes with Scott. These class are so enjoyable and it keeps me agile and strong for an 82 year old woman. I would highly recommend this for any senior!
It is very clean with a swimming pool and every work out device anyone would need. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.
I like that the kids classes are included in family plan. Otherwise it would not be as affordable

Its clean and has convenient classes in fitness.
The Y is very active. My purpose for joining was to play pickle ball, and I can go anytime in the morning that I can find time, and there will always be a game. As I go more, I’ll probably find more to do.
