The gymnastics camp at the Beverly Y is OUTSTANDING across the board: staff, facilities and daily itinerary; but most of all the staff is so friendly and good with the kids!
My daughter goes to the Y camps at Beverly e every year, and she has a blast! She's there for close to 7 hours and comes out exhausted but with a smile on.
This comment is about the week long STEM Technology and Gaming camp. This is an organized, well run program with low staff/camper ratio. The facilities are ideal in hot weather and there is a nice balance between outdoor activity, indoor learning experience, an hour of swimming per day and gaming time. The campers arrival and departure times (given an hour range on both ends) were very relaxed and made the transition easy for the campers and convenient for parents. The staff were friendly and professional; saw that the kids had fun!!
The staff engages the kids, and they do a wonderful job. The kids have an awesome summer experience. We couldn’t be happier!
My daughter loves to attend and can’t wait to go back the next day.
Brayden & Ashton loved their first full day camp experience! We only choose one week, but wish we had done more! The councilors were friendly and quickly learned the boys names and welcomed them every morning. They loved the swimming, archery and daily craft activities. Thanks for a great summer experience!

Our daughter absolutely loves participating in the YMCA gymnastics camps. She has tried various camps over the years, but gymnastics is her clear favorite. However, we have plenty of friends whose children participate in other YMCA camps and love them equally.
Our daughter is engaged, challenged, and looks forward to going to camp every day.
We are very happy and highly recommend the YMCA for children's camp.
The technology camp was a lot of fun, my child really enjoyed it. The counselors were great!
Great program. Wish there was more pool time. 2x - day or longer the one time they have pool access.
Program, staff all excellent. Only comment….web site not very intuitive, user friendly. Very frustrating at times.
My children like coach Matt and coach Jeff. We like the variety of sports clubs offered.

You guys are an awesome program. I feel that the program is very Hands-On with the kids and understanding of when things are happening I feel like I have a team behind me a support system if you will. I just wish that there was Transportation involved but that's something that I know you guys are working on. I feel like having something new for the kids every day is awesome Zoe comes home and tells me something new everyday and loves her yoga and swim classes the teachers are just very understanding and involved and I appreciate that keep up the great work!
I love the coaching staff at the Y, they are caring and kind and motivate my daughter to do her best. She is very happy with the program and looks forward to it every practice. I feel confident when I drop her off that she is in good hands.
My son participates summer High school basketball league. He was freshman and afraid he wasn't good enough to play against other high school players. But it turned out that he was doing fine and he had fun playing basketball with them. Thanks YMCA provides a well organized and fun program for him.
Joe is absolutely amazing at teaching and progressing kids through the program. My two adore him and absolutely love all their teachers. They feel safe and confident in their lessons and take the risks necessary to learn. We look forward to it each week.
