My son participates summer High school basketball league. He was freshman and afraid he wasn't good enough to play against other high school players. But it turned out that he was doing fine and he had fun playing basketball with them. Thanks YMCA provides a well organized and fun program for him.
Joe is absolutely amazing at teaching and progressing kids through the program. My two adore him and absolutely love all their teachers. They feel safe and confident in their lessons and take the risks necessary to learn. We look forward to it each week.

Gymnastics camp has gymnastics practice most of the day, so my child is practicing and learning new things.

My daughter had a blast at camp. She participated in lots of different activities, and she connected nicely with her counselors.
My daughter loved the week-long preschool gymnastics camp. The staff were so positive and enthusiastic. I appreciated the safety measures and close supervision with daily swimming opportunities. I also appreciated the flexibility and cushion of extended care during dropping off and pickup windows. The camp programs all seem to well run and the logistics have been set efficiently. I also loved that parents were invited to see the gymnasts and cheerleaders perform at the end of the week. Well done!
We will definitely participate for additional weeks next year.

It is a very well staffed, clean place. Very roomy and open areas to workout.
I am very likely To recommend your YMCA because the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Also because you have great equipment in the gym, and it’s clean. Also the pool is terrific. There is always a lane I can swim in regardless of the time I get here. It’s always a good positive experience going to your YMCA.

My daughter absolutely loves Camp Sterling Woods. Every day she’s kept busy and active with swimming and outdoor play. She loves art, music, steam, and all the themed activities. Staff very attentive to kids and what needs they may have. Staff very helpful and friendly to parents. Kids always come home happy dirty and tired!! 😋
I love the coaching staff at the Y, they are caring and kind and motivate my daughter to do her best. She is very happy with the program and looks forward to it every practice. I feel confident when I drop her off that she is in good hands.
