My daughter loves the counselors and activities in the camp. She always comes home excited to tell me about what they did in arts & crafts or what game they played. She is excited to go every day.
There is a diverse array of different activities and sports, and the camp staff is tremendous. They are engaged and supportive of all the kids and make them have fun. We are very fortunate to have the Sterling Y in our community.
My daughter loves coming to camp every day! She knows a lot of the staff, who greet her by name, and she also gets to see friends from school.

I love their classes for seniors & all of their new exercise equipment. They have convenient hours.
The facilities are geared for everyone’s interest . I favor water aerobics but I also frequent the weight room. You can’t miss at Sterling. There are so many classes for everyone’s needs. The women’s locker room is updated and the sauna on the pool deck is wonderful so are the cold plunges. I love going at least 4 times a week.
