I always have a positive experience when I have a question and need to speak to someone from the help desk. The Y also lets you freeze your membership which I thought was very helpful as a college student.

I love the Greater Beverly Y - state-of-the-art facilities are awesome, there's tons of classes, an olympic-sized swimming pool, and a mission that supports EVERYONE getting access to health and community.
It's an inviting and friendly place to come and work out. It doesn't appear "run down" like some YMCA's I have visited. A variety of classes to suit my desires. I have made many friends.
We love our swim classes with Miss Kathy! She is enthusiastic, engages with each child and makes the classes fun. We have already recommended swim lessons at the Y to our friends!

Like the size, equipt. and the nice staff and clientele. Don't like the large number of Precors that have non functioning TVs...no audio or blank. Tell the night crew to fill up men's shower room soap dispensers...far too small and often just a dribble...this should be easy. Maybe if you tell chief you will check for more efficient night crew action will be taken.
