While visiting for the first time, I got to see the team in action responding to a “scuffle” in one of the rooms— the speed, confidence and calmness with which they made sure every dog was happy and SAFE was totally reassuring. The staff is amazing and they keep an eye on my pup and they are all so professional.

My dog loves going and does not exhibit any post daycare behavior issues or have any signs of stress. He sleeps really good day care nights and the next day.
Friendly, consistent staff who put in an effort to get to know the dogs and really seems to enjoy their job.
Webcams are nice to have although sometimes I feel guilty for not checking in.
Staff and ownership are quick to address any concerns.
The scheduling model creates an environment where dogs spend days around dogs and staff they know. Plus it keeps me consistent.

I feel everyone that works there are so freakin nice! I really appreciate the warm welcome when Alfredo and I enter the building. They know Alfredo’s name which means a lot. When I come to pick him up, they know exactly who I’m there for.
I also appreciate that when Alfredo got a nose abrasion (kennel rub), they called me and sent me a photo right away. I appreciate the constant communication and care this place gives to my puppers :)

Dogtopia rules! They not only are very accommodating to my healthcare schedule, they love my girl just as I would at home. Each time a need comes up or concern arises they are available to help and accolade to make sure Kookie has a pleasant day while I am at work. I recommend them to everyone I work with!
