Everyone is so sweet and positive and I love that the focus is so clearly on making sure the dogs are comfortable and having a good time! My puppy was a little nervous to leave me in the lobby and go into the main part of the building for his meet and greet, and the (three!) people who met us at the door did such a good job of hyping him up and encouraging him. It was great being able to check in on him on the cameras during the first couple days and make sure he was doing good!

The staff is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Rachel, Kyle, Clover, Abby, and Genesis have been fantastic leaders for the team. I can tell they set a happy, positive tone. When I was looking for doggy daycares, my concern was that the coaches would simply *like* dogs, but not understand and be attentive to the dogs' body language and interactions with one another. I have been absolutely thrilled with the coaches' attentiveness to the dogs and the evaluation of my dog (e.g., trying out Beach and deciding that Park was still the best fit, and giving him play breaks when needed). It blows my mind that when all of us humans walk in the door for our pets, the coaches know immediately which pet we're there to pick up. I think it was the first or second time I picked up my pet that the coach already remembered that I was Binx's human! I'm so thrilled with my experience. You all really create a feeling of community, celebrating room promotions, dogs of the week, attendance milestones, and not to mention the crafts, pictures, and treats! Binx is so excited to get to Dogtopia each day he goes, and I am able to go through my work day knowing that he is well cared for and having a great time! Thank you, Historic Phoenix Dogtopia Team!!

Everything. You all are absolute lifesavers for us. My husband and I relocated to Phoenix temporarily for a medical procedure for him and we thought we’d have to wait. But things moved quickly and we needed a place for our pup that we knew was safe and would provide her with a fun environment. Dogtopia was well rated and my friend was here to help us and works for a dog daycare in Las Vegas. She brought Maggie for her meet and greet and was impressed and said this was the place and loved the caretakers.

I took Maggie in myself and knew right away we’d chosen correctly. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location is amazing and super close. The price is very reasonable for weekly care. Everyone has been so flexible considering what we’re going through. I also love that there’s a camera so I can see her during the day for a quick virtual visit. It’s also getting her the socialization she needs so much. The treat and food menu is solid as well. Thank you all for your amazing work.

Reliable, open daily, with extended hours. They also love my dog and I can watch on camera to check in periodically.

Wish you could just fix the camera angle at “the beach” so we can have a better view of the whole room just like how the cameras provide that visibility at the other rooms.

He is loved and well cared for by very competent people while there.

The hours and location are very convenient for me. My dog is hesitant but seems to enjoy her time here. I love checking the webcams. I work long hours away from home and this is better than her being at home alone - I'm especially interested in her interacting with other humans and she is making progress, I think.

Your friendly staff and their flexibility

Please get a real sunscreen for the entrance door and windows. It’s horrible picking up my dog with the sun blazing in!!!! I’ve referred 2 families to you because of your staff but I’m super frustrated that many customers have asked ownership for sunscreens and you still haven’t installed any!!!!!
