Hi! It's me AGAIN with a repeat recommendation. I have owned a few extremely successful businesses, my employees were all women and there work was invaluable to my financial success. I do not understand why these wonderful women who are running the daily tasks of this successful business are not worthy of being addressed by there proper names with name tags or the like (velcro name tags etc). Knowing someones name is common courtesy, it engenders respect, and it cues customers to remember there humanity (often in customer service this is forgotten and this is often worse for women). As a woman, a woman of color, a business owner, a mother of two daughters, and a loyal customer i do not understand why this is not yet ameliorated. The white board is absolutely insufficient. Kindly consider giving employees the same reverence that is given to each dog on the board with name tags and pics. Be well. Sincerely

Dogtopia's team genuinely care about the pups in their care. The place is super clean and well managed. Our 3 year old dog has been coming since they opened and is joyful every time we arrive.

I like that dogtopia in downtown Phoenix has a family-like ambience! They love my dog, Zeus and try their best to take great care of him while watching him have the best playtime with all his dog friends!

The team at Dogtopia is absolutely fantastic! Our Kona is basically a ball of anxiety that doesn’t know how to “dog” and the team at Historic Phoenix has brought her out of her shell and she now loves daycare!

When I first started using Dogtopia I was very impressed with the service and it was top notch. Lately, I am quite disappointed as Blossom has hit another status and we have gotten nothing as a recognition gift as we did when we hit the first tier. No picture, nothing. I know it may seem menial but with the significant price increase I would expect the same level of service. I would highly recommend Dogtopia but I would strongly encourage you to provide the same level of service. I’m not quite sure what has happened but I want to provide honest feedback.

Great service and my dog really seems to enjoy her time there. Only issue is that sometimes my requests are denied or put on a wait list, which wouldn't be as big of an issue if not for the fact that they might be glitches? Sometimes I'll call Dogtopia to doublecheck and the staffer will tell me that my dog is in fact *good* for their scheduled appointment.

If that computer issue could be fixed, I would give Dogtopia a 10/10 easy

Everything! The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and well taken care of. And first and foremost, they take excellent care of all the dogs.

The amazing staff! My dog is so happy when he is greeted first thing in the morning. They know every dog by name which is amazing to me.

Easy to navigate/understand and prompt responses!

The kindness,affection and care given to our our precious 4 legged family members. Also, keeping them safe from harm while they are in their care with attentive supervision. Being able to use the web televised service is also a wonderful addition.

I love Dogtopia. So thankful my dads found them so I have a place to hang out when they are at work. Not only does I have a great time with my BFFFs, my dads have made some human friends as well.

Dogtopia has been extremely flexible given the pandemic and then when the person caring for our two dogs regularly had health issues. They were able to accept the dogs quickly and provided flexible hours for healthcare workers.

1. Rocket is socialized everyday w/variety of dogs
2. Staff have excellent greeting skills (look up from computer), make eye contact, acknowledge customers, friendly

Professional, Courteous, friendly.

My dog loves going there! That is the main reason but also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Barley loves Dogtopia and they are always so amazing with him. He enjoys playing all day and being an over all social dog.
