Excellent facility, very dog friendly with attention to each dog's need

My puppy, Meena, loves going to Dogtopia. She cannot tell me how she is treated, but she shows me all the time. She gets so excited when we walk in and is ready to leave me and head back to "The Park." I love being able to see her play through the webcams that they have for us to observe. Also, the staff is so personable; it really is a warm community.

Everyone is patient and sweet with our crazy crew of dogs. I feel comfortable leaving them knowing they are in a safe, comfortable and happy environment.

Finding Dogtopia has been a God send! We recently moved to Pheonix from Wisconsin and majorly downsized in home size. Our dog Kona has started to come out of her shell and made so much progress with learning how to be an actual dog! Back in Wisconsin she didn’t have much interaction with dogs and wasn’t sure what to do around them…until now. Thank you so much!

The very friendly and caring staff is most impressive.

I like the caring & love the staff shows to each of our pets. The great interaction between the counselors and the dogs, taking the a moment to give a friendly pat and being alert to any aggressive behavior.

My dog seems really happy to be there, gets excited to run to the entrance when we get out of the car. She was a very timid rescue dog when I got her, so seeing her this happy does the same to me.

I love how happy Honey Biscuits is going there, and we love knowing she will be provided the best day care when we are away. She has grown so much as a pup since her being there in terms of being more social and comfortable around other pups. Everyone there is so nice to her and to us and treats her like royalty.

I love that Dogtopia offers such a wide range of services from grooming to boarding to custom plans for all dog owners. While I only recently started taking my pet to Dogtopia I am very happy with the ease and friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the location.

I love bringing my dog to Dogtopia! Everyone is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They know a lot about the different breeds and even know all the dogs' names by heart.

I love everything. What we do not understand and have stated at least 3x is that we have been part of rhe dogtopia community since july 2020 and do not know ONE employees name because no one wheres tags, name stickers or t shirts with embroidery. We find this unfortunate for the community and employees.

Extremely flexible with scheduling and changes. Great to have hours that are early or late as my schedule requires me to go in to work urgently

Friendly service

Very convenient with early drop off available. Price is right. People seem to really care about the dogs. Love the special photo dress up days, the dog treats, etc. Just a great place.

Great customer service, we cannot wait to take Bowie to Dogtopia, where we know he will be cared for and have the time of his life!

Everything except there’s no outside area for the dogs to get fresh air

The coaches, the flexibility in payments, the daycare is amazing! Grooming and caring foe the pups.

The staff us friendly and my puppy goes in with her tail wagging. I love that she goes in happy. Plus the video cam on the app lets me check in without worry. Great feature for worried pet parents like me :)

Dogtopia is a fun and safe place for my furbaby during the day. We're renovating and she gets to be away from the noise and dust.

I like that they care a lot about the dogs and their well being. They get to know them and their personalities and can immediately tell when something is wrong. There are definitely some coaches that are more passionate about their job than others, as is to be expected at any workplace, but I don’t feel like any of the coaches do anything that puts the dog’s safety at issue and that’s key. They know who plays well together, who needs some extra TLC, etc.

Y’all are just so good to us! Not only do you accommodate healthcare hours but you also are so sweet with my girl who was so new to this whole change in my life. I really don’t think I’d be able to make this transition in life on my own without yall! Kookie loves you too!
