Walking into Core power the first thing that catches your eye is the aesthetics and how clean it is. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love the set up they have in the women’s locker rooms. It’s as if someone took the time to think what a woman may need.

The instructor was amazing! Denise welcomed me showed me around as it was my first time. I had taken a class Y1 at Santa Clara and I just couldn’t keep up. It felt like a cardio class. Denise was so thorough and walked around to help with poses. I will be back and plan to take her class.

Great location for the new studio with tons of amenities (coffee/restaurants, etc) surrounding the studio. Classes with Tony and Alison are 10 out of 10. The only potential question is the heat. In the back classroom the ceiling is 20' high with no insulation. Though class started warm, it seemed to cool down mid-class. May need to raise temps or modify ceiling treatment? Overall, great experiences.
Teacher led a strong and motivating practice. Studio was clean. Staff welcoming. Appreciate windows in the practice area.

Tried out the Candle Light Hot Power Fusion at Winchester and let me just say I’m sold. This is definitely my favorite Core Power class so far and I will definitely be coming back often!

I’m doing the free week of Corepower yoga. The instructors have been so helpful. Todays class felt very focused and technical with Theresa. I loved all the variations we could take and the detailed instructions on how to accomplish a pose. I will be coming back!
PS: Make sure to bring water and a towel. And note that all the classes are heated.
