I love the sculpt classes and the heat. The atmosphere at the Winchester is great - it’s a community of like minded people across different age groups and ethnicities. Jake is awesome - he has transformed the studio from couple of classes and teachers to lots of classes and great teachers. He connects with students - you are greeted by name and welcomed back. Studio is nice - no fuss and no pressure finding lockers etc. clean showers.
I love that cell phones are not allowed the class. We all come here to get away from everything. Nothing like a cellphone to get in the way!
The classes are fun and challenging. And I can fit them into my schedule. Lots of encouragement to try new classes. Lastly I love the 75 min classes and special events.
I took a C2 class here the other night and it was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Good energy, great teachers
I love that I can find the classes I want, at the times I want! The instructors are all so friendly and come up with awesome flows for sculpt and C2. My favorites are Taylor’s sculpt classes and Rheanna’s C2!!! The facilities are always clean and well organized.

Loved that the humidity is back!!!! Location and parking is good. Please consider placing shades on the doors in the studio room facing the street. It gets morning sun and is brutal for those who practice in that space.
Recently took Jake's Yoga Sculpt class on Saturday and it was AWESOME! Great energy right from the start, intense but a lot of fun. Awesome workout.
