Cvery challenging and the travhers are so great and very approachable
I have really enjoyed my experience so far at this location. I have attended classes from a few instructors and must highlight Taylor. I have taken her class once and I am convinced she is the instructor for me - I am even afraid of sharing about how great she is/her class is because I don’t want to go to a crowded class. She is challenging and her breath-to-movement instructions were super clear and I felt empowered throughout the class. I recently tried Valeria’s class and wow is she tough! Will be going to her class again if Taylor’s not teaching!
I did not like Cynthia at all. I left my phone in my car and ran out to grab it and she yelled at me warning me that she won’t be able to open the door for me. I totally understood where she was coming from, but I felt that her communication could have been more effective had she not yelled at me. I also thought I could have gotten to my car in time if she hadn’t wasted my time barking orders at me. It made class super uncomfortable for me. Besides that - she did not give clear instructions for breathing and the entire class was gassed out from the very beginning. It wasn’t motivating because I felt quite weak and also confused about what to do with some of her combos because of her lack of instructions.
I like the instructors, I like the flow of the classes and I like having multitude classes to choose from. One thing I would change - occasionally they play the music too loud. If the instructor has an accent (some do), it's hard to hear them and follow along. I find myself looking at other people since you can't hear the directions. Another person commented on this and I had to agree. Other than that, great place, great workout.

I joined core power yoga last week. All the instructors are very friendly. After each class, I have the feeling that I won't miss the next one, and I wonder why I didn't sign up sooner.
Jake, Chris and Tone are great HPF instructors. Alison does an amazing sculpt. The 75 minutes sculpts on Sunday are very fun and a great workout. The locker room is always pretty clean and studio staff is always very friendly. Have no complaints, 10/10.
The studio is really great. Big space and clean. The teachers are great, really helpful and friendly. I do really enjoy the classes.

Winchester has the best teachers of the local studios. Jake, Allison Urban, Chris Fritter and Tony N are particularly outstanding.
