I love the Woodbury CorePower! I appreciate the variety of C2, Yoga Sculpt, HPF, and Strength X classes offered at the studio. I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere to get different workouts.
The Woodbury instructors are friendly and thoughtful. They make an effort to learn members’ names, which makes it feel more like a community. One example demonstrates the thoughtfulness typical of these instructors:
I recently invited a new friend to a C1 class. My friend had never done yoga before and is not flexible. The instructor (Melissa) was so considerate, offering adjustment suggestions and lots of encouragement. The class could have been a tough experience, but instead, it was the opposite. My friend went back for another C1 class on her own, and said it went well. I could see that her self-confidence is building, and hope that she makes CorePower part of her regular workout routine.
One suggestion for another studio: I work in Minneapolis and would love to see the Downtown studio offer StrengthX classes over a weekday lunch hour. (Tuesdays-Thursdays would probably be better attended since so many people telework Mondays and Fridays.)

The instructors at Apple Valley are terrific. They are so friendly and make everyone feel known and welcome. The classes are so good and challenging. I’m so glad this is the closest studio to my home. It is by far my favorite.
I'm getting back into a structured fitness routine and have loved the journey so far.

The Woodbury studio is outstanding. Erin is an outstanding manager. She has recruited unbelievable teachers. Woodbury has the best class lineup, variability, times, and instructors hands down. I would challenge core power to find a better run studio anywhere. The community is strong and supportive. It serves all ages, shapes and sizes. I love that!! That is all from an exemplary example from Erin and instructors. Charlene, Chelsey, Maddie, Christen, Mark, Mary, Joe are all the BEST. I could go on and on and list them all.

Everyone at CorePower Highland Park is so friendly and welcoming! Natalie and Allison are so fun and very easy to talk to. They are open to feedback and always offer variations for every pose. I always look forward to my classes at Highland Park!

Great instructors, Highland Park teachers, coordinator and manager make it a warm inviting atmosphere and the classes are a great combination of yoga and feeling like you’ve gotten a workout.

allie is such a gift! she was part of my spring teacher training, and i am so happy i bustled through all of the traffic and detours to get to SLP location to take her C2. she is so grounded and encouraging, and i felt confident and able throughout the entire class. i mistakenly parked in a no yoga parking zone, but did not get towed, so that's a plus! i will plan an extra 10 mins into travel time to take her class again and again!
