I've enjoyed Mark's classes a great deal despite them being geared to yogis well beyond my abilities. Mark made me feel comfortable and answered questions kindly and with detail. The facility itself is great - big and bright - and parking is nearby and is free with validation.
Great instruction
Corepower is the best retreat from everyday life. After a busy or stressful day, I love coming to corepower to sweat, work hard, and just forget all other stressors and worries with other people. I love the heated rooms, fun playlists, and just being surrounded by others who also love moving their bodies. It is the best!
I know what to expect, the class is challenging yet invigorating, and the staff are fantastic hosts and teachers.
Lola did the best CoreRestore class ever. The pace was perfect. Her instructions and each possible modofications were nice and clear. It was EASY to follow. And a GREAT stretch and hold workout!
I really love the classes! Yoga Sculpt is challenging but in a way that makes me feel so strong when I leave!!

Is this studio a NNN lease? If so, get some facilities involved to help with day to day operations. These teachers have a hard enough job.
