The Woodbury studio is my favorite location. The manager (Grace) and instructors are very kind and welcoming. They are terrific about working with students of all levels Grace especially does a great job at getting us properly set in our poses then offering options for those who want to intensify their practice.
I was distressed to learn that Grace has been asked to step down from her position as manager. I don’t know what prompted this change, but want to share that I have seen Grace several times a week since she started at the Woodbury location, and she has always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. Once when there was trouble with the temperature in a yoga sculpt studio (pre-class, it was 115 and climbing), she put the health and safety of the students first and cancelled the class. She did so very apologetically, and did her best by offering an alternative class for those who wanted to take one.
It is our loss that Grace will not longer be at the Woodbury location. I will miss her bright smile, lovely personality, and excellent teaching skills.

Anastasia really took her time to explain everything to me and helped me feel really comfortable. She even took time to talk to me after the class. I felt better than I have in months after just 1 session!

Hi there,
I am wondering if it's possible for teachers to ask students to dim their apple watch screens before class starts? And to make a sign asking that of students also. I find it terribly distracting when students (or teachers for that matter) wear their smart watches and the clocks are highlighted on their wrists throughout the class. It's really hard to stay in the moment when I am seeing the time highlighted all around me as my neighbors wear their "clocks" on their wrists. I wish people treated the smart watches with the same etiquette asked of us with our phones. Turn them off. Hide the screen.

The Dream team was at the front desk when I checked in the other day (Pegah, Amy, Nora & Jenna). I wished I could have taken classes at the same time from all 4 of them at the same time haha! They’re all amazing.
HPF class with John is excellent. The pace is good and so are the cues. He is encouraging throughout the class, and i love the levity he brings to the class. Yoga shouldn’t be so serious! Great teacher and space.

I loved the class, great balance between strength and cardio and yoga, and the people and the facilities were great, I just felt like the class was jammmm packed.
Studio is clean and friendly. Great classes and teachers too.
Margo is very graceful about teaching and managing the always popular and well populated Saturday morning HPF. There is always room and she is great about teaching to a full studio.
Thank you for reminding yogis to silence devices/leave out of studio as they can and to honor silence in the studio.
