The studio is truly top of the line. So clean and large. The heat is perfect and so is the humidity. All teachers are A+++! All together a great place to practice yoga.

If asked, I would recommend this little studio. The place is small, but the studio room itself is large. The place is always clean and ordered. The best attribute is the instruction, which is beyond compare. Well, Nicole's musical taste is up there too, like a musicologist's oasis in the vast desert of today's insipid noise.

friendly instructor, good workout
It’s an amazing workout! I am an ultra-trail runner and I use hot yoga sculpt for my strength work, mobility, & cardio. It’s great! I also love how many classes are available, the positive energy fostered by the instructors in class, & that I generally know what im going to get (a great workout vs an hour or two of my time wasted). I also do appreciate the locker room amenities - that I can go to a class & have a great, nice, clean place to shower etc. after (esp when I attend class before work or social functions, which I often do)!

Great location. Besides the outstanding workout, I love the energy and the community with other yogis. Yoga instructors have great personalities and are amazing providing very positive encouragement with grace, sometimes strict, and always sense of humor. I usually bounce between Aspen, Ellie, and Jeneka's classes and have never had a bad experience! Even when I try someone new, I'm always met with excellence and consistency :)
