Variety of classes
I really like how the teachers are allowed to be creative with their class. I like that the class is very teacher dependent. It keeps things interesting. I am a big fan of Mark, Emilee and Kyra. I like that all their classes are different from each other and I always try to attend their classes.

I love the Louisville studio. Lauryn has a way of making everyone feel welcome and her classes and teachers are the best. I have been going to Core Power for years - Over 2500 classes, I recommend CP all the time - my friends call me a Yoga-pusher. I’ve had many injuries and the variety of different level classes, (especially “hot” yoga) has proven to help me learn patience, heal my bones, body and my mind.
Our Studios have been through many changes, Lauryn and her team have been instrumental in keeping us dedicated to Core Power.
