I love Core Power Yoga in Louisville!
Katie’s class on Tuesdays is the highlight of my week. She creates a space that is comfortable, fun, but also challenging. Her cues are great and her energy is so encouraging. Laurie’s Friday class is also awesome, but I haven’t been there for a few weeks. I love the hot 90 at 9 am at the Westminster location, period.

The sweetness on the flows that teachers create, that variations are offered in order to make the class inclusive to different body abilities, that I can find it on different cities, when travelling.
I like every thing about the studio the teachers , the classes. One improvement would be for Megan to use some green in with the pink highlights :) Is this anonymous ? If so my initials are AR , in all seriousness , the pink is fine. Have a merry x-mas

The teacher taught a great sequence, had a theme, and talked about joining her at other classes she would be teaching during the holiday weekend.
The instructors are exceptional.
From the instructors , because that's most important, to the facility, Core Power is organized and offers a great experience every time. All the amenities, showers, soap, lockers, etc...
Miss the lavender/lemon washcloth on my head at the end of class and a little on the expensive side, but always a good workout : ).

Obviously the him studio had a bit more of a college vibe (younger student crowd, less use of showers) but still same great CPY experience in class & ambiance/environment & great instructors. We recently had Francisco who’s great & gave the perfect amount of extra attention to my friend who was new to CPY.
Loved Marks class SO much! Louisville studio is clean, cute, and I really appreciated the best in the room. Mark was welcoming and am amazing, inspiring, and top notch teacher.
I will recommend him to everyone and can’t wait to come back for more. Excited to get to know the community more.
I love that all the teachers are amazing and I've never had a bad class in the 8 years I have been a member. It is a wonderful community and I have made new friends at CPY Louie. Lauren is an incredible leader and know how to hire good people. Her classes are always packed b/c she is also an incredible teacher. She is the whole package-leader, teacher, friend, community glue.
