Meg D is the best, let her teach all your classes. She knows her cues and gives good feedback. Count downs on point and programs exercises with a purpose.

Carmilla is the best !
Instructor was excellent, had a beautiful practice with clear directions, smooth flows, and nice transitions. Work out pushed me to a comfortable edge and left me in a zen state with total yoga brain after class. I loved it!
